We provided a total interior buildout for this new restaurant on Detroit's east side. Custom-built features include bars, server stations, shelving, retrofitted church pews in the dining area, and a custom-built butcher gantry capable of holding
1,000 lb slabs of fresh beef and pork. All of these features at Marrow enhance functionality for the staff and elevate the dining experience for guests.
