A modern take on a classic style, the proposed lobby entrance of this Midtown apartment building draws inspiration from the Parisian art deco style. Material selections compliment rather than compete with the historic mid-rise apartment using walnut veneer with brass inlays on the custom built sideboards and mailbox enclosures. Handcrafted banquette seating utilizes curved lines and overstuffed cushioning to create a statement piece of furniture that continues the deco theme. The entryway strikes the right balance between old fashioned charm and today’s needs. Look for future updates as our team of craftspersons begin fabrication.
